Purchasing and Returns
Your Teddy will be packed and shipped to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. I’ll email you a tracking number as soon as the package is on it’s way.
If you wish to return the bear within 30 days, you can email me for return instructions. I will return your purchase price minus the shipping fee upon receipt of the bear.
